In a regular sedan up to 4 people but comfortably 3 can sit and in trunk 2 standard size suitcases.
If luggage fits in trunk of vehicle there is no extra charge. If you put any luggage piece inside the vehicle there is a $10.00 extra charge per piece like a carry-on, suitcase, duffle bag, box etc.
If all pieces of luggage are big then you either need a minivan or an SUV.
It depends on what size of pet you have if small then regular sedan and midsize SUV can accommodate otherwise bigger vehicle is must and you must inform while booking because not all drivers provide this service.
If your child is under the age of 8, legally your child must be in a car seat. All passengers either must provide their own car seats or request Empire Limos to provide them, accordingly, there is an extra charge for that.
An adult must accompany passengers under the age of 18 years. A driver reserves the right to ask for ID for proof of age.
It is up to you, although the industry rate is 20%.

Our affiliated stretch limousines are fully equipped with TVs, DVDs, and CD players. Proms, weddings, or any other special occasion are our specialty! We provide everything except alcohol.
Yes, if your plan is to pay for the trip using your credit card in the car. And you MUST bring the card with you and present it to the driver for processing at the completion of the trip. But if you provide credit card information at the time of reservation with ID information then you don’t need to.
Yes. We offer a pre-paid option payment which can be used as a third-party payment. Just make your reservation, when you get to the payment section and enter your credit card number, you will have an option to pre-pay for the ride the “All Inclusive” for your guest.

If you are traveling with a surfboard, skis, or golf clubs, you can reserve a minivan or SUV online.

Call the office and we will check with the driver and related department, but we are not responsible for anything left behind, we do our best to find and if it is found you will be contacted to get it, or we can deliver it but the trip will cost accordingly.
Empire gives a grace period of 10 minutes after the pickup time free of charge. However, if you run late for a pickup of more than 15 minutes, Empire will charge you for the entire minute late.
Example 1: If the pickup time is 10 AM and the passenger arrives at 10:10 AM, no waiting time will be charged.
Example 2: If the pickup time is 10 AM and the passenger arrives at 10:15 AM, the waiting time charge will be 15 minutes. Waiting time is charged based on a pro-rated hourly rate depending on the car class.
