Terms & Conditions 

Empire Limousine, its subsidiaries, and affiliates have established certain rules and regulations that all visitors to its website and users of its services must adhere to. By accessing the site, making a reservation, or using the services, you indicate your acceptance of the following terms and conditions: 

Binding Rules and Regulations 

Users of Empire Limousine’s website and services agree to be bound by the company’s rules and regulations. All applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations also apply to user access and use of the site. 

Credit Card and Voucher Presentation to the Chauffeur 

All clients must present their chauffeur with the actual physical credit card provided at the time of booking or payment, along with a valid government ID. This requirement applies unless a signed third-party authorization with required documents has been placed on file prior to pick-up, a personal or corporate account has been activated and all required documents have been received, or the reservation has been authorized online by filling out the website reservation form or message form. 

Wait Time for Point-to-Point and Airport Transfers

For point-to-point transfers, Empire Limousine provides a grace period of up to 15 minutes at pick-up before waiting time charges apply at the hourly rate of the vehicle, billed in 15-minute increments once the minimum time limit is passed. 

For airport arrival transfers, Empire Limousine provides up to 30 minutes of free waiting time for domestic arrivals and up to 45 minutes for international arrivals requiring customs clearance. If you do not meet your chauffeur or call Empire Limousine within this time frame, you will be considered a “No-Show,” and you will be charged in full for the reservation.

Hourly Reservations and Posted Minimums

Hourly orders are billed according to the number of hours the vehicle was ordered for, then in 15-minute increments thereafter. The minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours Empire Limousine will accept an order for, not what the client will be billed for. Reductions in the amount of time ordered are not permitted once an order is confirmed.

Deposit Policy 

A deposit of 25% of the total initial price is required to hold the vehicle, charged to the credit card of the party paying for the reservation. All deposits are only refundable if the client cancels within the given time frame. The balance in full will be due should the client fail to cancel by the given time frame or is considered a “no-show” at pick-up time. 

Change Policy

A change fee of $25 may apply if the client makes a change for less than four hours. All changes are subject to availability and must be received by phone. Changes cannot be made with chauffeurs or online. If a change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation, the client will be charged in full for the order. Reductions in the amount of time less than the minimum or vehicle size ordered are not permitted once an order is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted by phone only. If the client cancels within the given time frame, the balance is waived. If the client fails to cancel by the given time frame, they will be charged fully for the order.

Rates and billing

All rates are subject to audit after order completion, including actual road tolls, parking fees, airport fees, additional stops, wait time, etc. Hourly jobs are billed by the number of hours the vehicle was ordered for, then in 15-minute increments thereafter. The minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours Empire Limousine will accept an order for, not what the client will be billed for.
